Ahmad El-Assaad

comes from a family of politics , born in 1963 in Taibeh , South Lebanon . Ahmad’s father Kamel El-Assaad was Lebanon’s Speaker of the Parliament.

After spending years in USA and Europe as a businessman in the field of wood commerce and manufacturing , Ahmad came back to Lebanon in 2003 to be active in the Lebanese politics.

In July 2007 Ahmad Al-Assaad formed a  political group - The Lebanese Option Gathering (LOG) -  a group of influential independent Shiaas from the South , the Bekaa , Beirut and Jbeil.

  • Bachelor degree in Mathematics , University of UTAH (USA) 1986

  • Completed Maturite Suisse ( High School) in “ Ecole Nouvelle” Lausanne, Switzerland 1982

         Arabic, English, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish.
